		<description>To those of you who commented with interest but didn't reach out to me otherwise, I'm sorry I didn't respond. However, blog comments are unreliable and I don't always get email notifications there are new comments. Honestly, I missed a few of these until well into the process.

The "Connect With Me" line links to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter ... all much more reliable ways to get a hold of me. Next time, go the extra mile. My general rule of thumb is to follow up with everyone who reaches out to me for just about any reason. If you don't hear from me, I didn't get the message or you're stalking me, one or the other.

Thanks for the interest, though. We had a great list of candidates and are very pleased with our hire.</description>
