		<description>This sounds like a very interesting report.  I think too many people get locked up in the &quot;&#039;friend&#039; and &#039;fan&#039; metric&quot;.  Of course, it&#039;s fun to see the number of followers continue to go up because that means you can reach more people with your message.  However, building quality relationships is much more important.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is important in offline relationship building as well.  At conferences, meetups or other networking events, it isn&#039;t important how many people you talk to or how many business cards you get but how many you spend time with having real discussions.  That is how you build lasting relationships.</description>
