I think every single journalist now has a twitter. I mean, every single person on CNN or FOX News or MSNBC has a twitter account. They are even checking it during the shows which I think actually ruins the quality of the show. A lot of the tweets they show have bad language in them as well.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet | Kansas City Mo Bands | Autozubehör

Sadly, you're right. You know what I have thought of recently?! The fact that, no matter what industry you are in (w/ very few exceptions, if any), you MUST be up-to-date with technology.

What does it say if technology is doubling its capacity every two years and we have TOP executives that still don't understand the basic premise of social media/networking?! It will come to a point where you will not be able to 'ramp up' in information, b/c, if you don't know how this trend began, its underpinnings, you will not be able to understand its evolution. It just won't make sense to many people.

I guess what I mean to say is....if they want you to dumb-it-down now....where will these people be in 3 - 5 years?! Technology waits for no one.

Yeah, Harold, a lot of what we consider old hat is still new information to a lot of folks out there. The major critique I get from presentations is that even though I dumb everything down to novice level, people still say I talk above their heads. There are just a lot of folks out there who don't think about technology and the web as primary places of communications. We've got a long way to go before it's no-brainers to everyone.

Thanks for chiming in.
