We would immediately go to a dictionary for definitions. This is the same everywhere in the world. English, at least, gives you other options: idioms and phrases. And yes, you are right, communicators should write for readers to get the message immediately, not make them upgrade their language competence. Otherwise, a sophisticated message shifts your customer&#039;s attention from business oriented to linguistics orientated.</description>
