As someone who made the exact same leap about a year and a half ago, I can tell you that about three things will happen:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1. You&#039;re going to learn a lot about insurance&lt;br&gt;2. You&#039;re going to work with some amazing clients&lt;br&gt;3. You&#039;re going to have to hire some people that are really smart&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Buckle in, and make sure you have coffee delivery set up.</description>
