		<description>Hi Jason, this is a great perspective.  Thanks for recognizing that there are different areas of overlapping expertise that add up to the sweet spot of success.  Some people think that if you are not an &quot;technical expert&quot; in the tools, for example, that you will fail as a communicator and in social media.  Pulling together the right team of experts from various disciplines is critical.  It&#039;s good to have a 30,000-foot understanding of each of the spheres, but one person can&#039;t possibly know or do it all.</description>
