He has been quoted in Entrepreneur, Inc., CNN Online, PR Week, Das Auto, The Dallas Morning News, Newark Star-Ledger, St. Louis Globe-Democrat, The Courier-Journal and The Wall Street Journal’s online edition. Falls has been featured in Louisville’s Business First on a number of occasions and has appeared on BusinessWeek Magazine’s national live webcast and on WHAS-TV’s “Good Morning Kentuckiana.” He has served as guest host/moderator on the popular For Immediate Release podcast and has been a guest on numerous popular podcasts, including Mitch Joel’s Six Pixels of Separation.
Falls is also an occasional contributor to Forbes Magazine’s Markeshare in a video discussion series with Aaron Perlut.
Much of his work as a strategist culminated in his first book, No Bullshit Social Media: The All-Business, No-Hype Guide To Social Media Marketing, co-authored with Erik Deckers, which published in September 2011. He brings his sharp wit, industry insights and down-to-earth helpfulness to audiences around the globe with regular speaking engagements as well. He has spoken to both conference and private corporate audiences and on three continents and in four countries.

Falls is a former president and co-founder of the Social Media Club Louisville. He also serves on the Boards of Directors fro the National Center for Family Literacy (NCFL) and the Louisville Free Public Library Foundation.
