I guess the problem is that many &#039;corporates&#039; still see social media as relatively unimportant, meaning that they don&#039;t see the need to invest in real planning or training, and are happy to leave managing their pages to any member of staff who has a relatively active Facebook profile.

Sadly they probably won&#039;t realise the error of their ways until they find themselves in the midst of a PR disaster.</description>
