I’ll present a new talk on Friday at Explore, one that I’ve been working on for a bit now. It’s focused on the most important thing in your marketing. Sure, we’ll have a day full of awesome advice on listening, engagement, strategy, measurement, optimization and more. And yes, all those facets of your marketing are important.
