		<description>First, thank you for writing a great article about measuring social media. Second, I wanted to bring up one point that wasn&#039;t mentioned. The click-per-follower model assumes that all of your followers/fans actually sees your posts. With Facebook insights, I can see that about 10-15% of my Facebook fans actually see any given Facebook post. So, wouldn&#039;t a more accurate measure be clicks-per-reach? I realize we can&#039;t measure reach in Twitter, but it&#039;s safe to say that a significant number of followers never see the majority of tweets from a brand. Just a thought. </description>
