When it comes to a company's culture, it can be helpful to let it develop organically and take cues from that instead of marketing the company in a way that seems contrived or manufactured.

Excellent piece Malcolm. Culture is a huge, powerful think that manifest itself in statements like "this is the way we do things and this is the way we will always do things." Nowhere is change more important that developing and operationalizing a social media strategy in which culture plays a necessary role. Changing corporate culture is one of the hardest things for any leader to accomplish, but generally a skill that separates the successful from the unsuccessful. Thanks for sharing.
