Let’s face it. We’re into this whole social media and digital marketing thing pretty deep. Many of us have been in the trenches for enough time to know the basics. When we see social media 101 or digital marketing 102 we throw up a little bit in our mouths. Not because it isn’t valuable information, but because we’ve surpassed the need for fundamentals.

Explore Portland: The Awesomeness Conference?

We’re one month to the day away from Explore Portland and boy, have we got two days of awesome in store for the Pacific Northwest. In fact, TODAY was supposed to be the last day for early bird registration, but we’ve added so much awesome to the lineup, I’m extending it until Friday so you can get that last-minute budget approval and get your butt to Portlandia.

Explore Portland is Thursday and Friday, Nov. 15-16 at the Embassy Suites Washington Square in Tigard, just south of Beaverton and a short ride from downtown Portland. (Ticket form below. Nice hotel deal on the main event page as well – The rate expires tomorrow, though, so get it now!)

Full Agenda For Explore Orange County Announced

And here we go with another awesome two days of learning with another of our signature Explore events. Explore Orange County is slated for Thursday and Friday, Oct. 18-19, 2012 at Gothic Moon Studios in Orange, Calif. We’re presenting the event with Linked Orange County and are thrilled its leader, Bryan Elliott, will be co-hosting the event with us. As we told you a few weeks back, our featured speakers will be R/GA managing director of business transformation Peter Kim, Smart Business Social Business author Michael Brito, Joe Heinl (recently departed from Facebook and now at Ethology), allen+gerritsen’s Tamsen Webster, Expion’s Zena Weist and more.

Minneapolis, Here We Come

Hey Minneapolis. We’re coming. It’s this week! We can’t wait. In fact, I’ll be there tomorrow getting ready for Thursday and Friday’s Explore Minneapolis.

I know some of you haven’t registered yet. I’ve got a pretty good idea you’re going to enjoy the event. And I need you to register by end of day tomorrow so I can order the right about of food (and drinks … including cocktails) for everyone.
