We are so excited about the content and format that we are bringing the Social Media Domination Road Tour to five cities this summer: Philadelphia, Atlanta, Washington DC, Dallas and Minneapolis. You’ll walk away with a strong foundation to develop the most important strategies to be successful in social media:

 Social Media Strategy

You’ll participate in hands-on exercises that guide you through the creation and evaluation of a successful social media strategy that is aligned to core business objectives including increasing sales, increasing overall revenue from the social channel and decreasing marketing expense.

Content Strategy

You’ll also create a content marketing strategy that focuses on delivering “Holy Smokes” content and defines the content types, themes, and timing for content development. You’ll pair these strategies with a framework for implementation that includes a tactical plan and content calendar.

Measurement Strategy

Because truly successful social media strategies must deliver a solid return on investment, you’ll build a measurement framework that you can use to measure your impact on sales volume, revenue and cost. Starting by defining key performance indicators you’ll then create a process flow chart that ensures tracking is in place for final reporting.
